We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS.
We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Expedited. We ship to over 60 countries. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
All packages are all insured directly by the shippers.
All products are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. The RealReal may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
All items that are returnable within the United States, per our Return Policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
