Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange is committed to providing industry-leading pre-owned timepieces without compromise. Therefore, each watch purchased through Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange is covered by a One Year in house warranty unless otherwise negotiated.
The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange as proof-of-purchase.
Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange One Year Limited Service Warranty
If a problem arises with a warrantied product as a result of Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange work or parts provided by its technicians, and within the one year (1 year) period following initial Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange services, Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange will repair or replace any damaged parts and/or correct the repair execution at its sole discretion.
Restrictions and Conditions: What Is Not Covered
Conditions apply to the Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange's one-year (1) limited service warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts that Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange did not service, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of a timepiece’s intended use. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party performance of service, opening of a product, or addition of parts other than strap or bracelet components will void the Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange's one-year (1) limited warranty on pre-owned watches. Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange will, at its sole discretion, determine the applicability of its warranty to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged.
WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?
Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the merchandise (“you”) from Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the merchandise.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the merchandise for the Warranty Period as defined below.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the merchandise instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
